Recover up to 95% of your used solvent — on site.
Our solvent recovery machines distill your spent liquid cleaning solvent back to virgin-like quality, ready to reuse — batch after batch. Stop buying new solvent and paying to haul the old away.
Built to reclaim the liquid solvents you clean with
If you use a solvent to wash, rinse, dilute or degrease — and throw it away once it's dirty — our machine pays for itself. It separates the contamination from the solvent and gives you clean solvent back. Those solvents go by many names from plant to plant.
Three ways to recover, one engineering standard
From a compact entry unit to fully automatic continuous lines and bespoke plants — every system is built around your solvent, your volume and your site.
Basic — Batch System
The proven entry point. Load a batch, run the cycle, collect clean solvent. Ideal for moderate daily volumes and single-solvent streams.
- Simple semi-automatic, timer-controlled cycle
- Thermal-oil heating for even, gentle distillation
- Optional vacuum kit for high-boiling solvents
- Air- or water-cooled condenser
- Explosion-protected build for flammable solvents
Continuous System
For high or non-stop throughput. Automatic feed and automatic residue discharge keep the unit running around the clock with minimal operator time.
- Continuous automatic feed & residue discharge
- 24/7 unattended operation
- PLC control with touchscreen interface
- Handles high-residue, sludgy or viscous waste
- Higher hourly recovery rate
Custom-Engineered
When your solvent, mixture or site is unique, we design to fit — from pilot scale to full plant, integrated with your existing process.
- Designed around your solvent & waste profile
- Multi-stage / fractional separation for mixtures
- Capacity from pilot to large-plant scale
- Tailored automation & line integration
- Material & safety spec to your standards (SS304/316)
Clean solvent in four simple stages
Vacuum distillation lets your solvent boil at a low, safe temperature — protecting solvent quality while cleanly separating the contamination.
Charge
Used, contaminated liquid solvent is loaded into the heated boiling chamber.
Evaporate
A thermal-oil jacket gently heats the solvent; under vacuum it boils at low temperature, leaving contaminants behind.
Condense
Pure solvent vapour rises to the condenser and is cooled straight back into a clean, clear liquid.
Reuse
Virgin-like solvent collects ready to reuse; pigment, resin, oil and solids stay behind as concentrated residue.
Industrial reliability, designed for demanding solvent streams
Recovering flammable solvents safely is a process-engineering discipline — not an off-the-shelf appliance. Every unit is built for continuous industrial duty and configured to the way your solvent actually behaves.
- Explosion-protected, spark-free design for flammable solvents
- Low-temperature vacuum distillation protects solvent quality
- Stainless-steel wetted parts resist aggressive solvents
- Automatic temperature, level and safety controls
- Sized to your throughput — no over- or under-buying
Wherever solvent is used to clean
If your process leaves you with drums of dirty cleaning solvent, there is recoverable value in every one.
Printing & Flexible Packaging
Recover wash-up and dilution solvents from gravure and flexo presses — ink solvents, ethyl acetate, ethanol, blanket and roller wash.
Paint, Coatings & Spray
Reclaim gun-wash and clean-up thinners from automotive refinish, furniture and industrial coating lines.
Electronics, PCB & Optics
Purify IPA, cleaning agents and flux removers used in board, component and lens cleaning for repeated reuse.
Pharma, Chemical & Laboratories
Distil acetone, ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate and DCM process solvents back to reusable purity.
The numbers work in your favour
Slash solvent purchases
Reuse the bulk of your spent solvent instead of buying fresh drums every week.
Cut disposal costs
Shrink the volume of hazardous waste you pay to store, manifest and haul away.
Virgin-like quality
Recovered solvent comes back clean and clear — ready to go straight back into your process.
Runs itself
Automatic cycles mean a few minutes of operator time, not a dedicated shift.
Engineered-in safety
Low-temperature vacuum distillation and explosion-protected design built for flammable solvents.
Greener footprint
Less purchasing, less waste and fewer deliveries — measurable progress on your ESG targets.
Which system fits your operation?
A quick side-by-side. Exact capacities and options are configured to your solvent and volume during a free assessment.
